

Booking an Appointment.
Must be 18 years or older with a valid ID (driver’s license or passport). We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18 years of age period.
To book an appointment or inquire about availability please click the link below or call the shop (702) 413-7076 or email us. We require a $50-$100 non-refundable deposit for tattoos and for permanent cosmetics when scheduling.
Deposits are partially deducted from the price of your tattoo at the time of service. Appointments must be changed by phone. (not email, Text, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
For tourists, make sure you inform the person booking your appointment that you have time constraints regarding showtimes/reservations, etc. so we can make sure we have enough time to plan accordingly.

Consultations.

Cosmetics.
Request a free consultation to speak with the technician before making the appointment. Please inform the technician if you have had permanent makeup done previously and if this inquiry is related to correction work.
WALK-INS
These tattoos are handled on a first-come, first-served basis when schedules permit. Be advised larger projects may require longer drawing times. Cosmetics are by appointment only.

Any money deposited with Black Spade Tattoo including deposits for services provided by Black Spade Tattoo and/or its tattoo artists is non-refundable at the time of deposit.
Deposits are transferable one time only with more than 48 hour notice.
Not showing up for your appointment 30 minutes or later results in loss of deposit and will require an additional deposit to re-book.
No call, No show cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hour notice forfeits your deposit. A new deposit would be required to make a new appointment.
