SHOP POLICY – BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid ID (drivers license or passport).
IF UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE: You must bring your parent or legal guardian with you, you must have a valid I.D. (school I.D., Library Card, Birth Certificate etc...) and Parent or Legal guardian must have valid I.D. We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 16 years PERIOD.

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit for tattoos and Permanent cosmetics when scheduling. Deposits are deducted from the price of your Permanent Cosmetics at the time of service. Deposits for tattoos are solely for preparation for time to design the tattoo/pattern and DO NOT apply to the quoted price of tattoo.
Appointments must be changed by phone only (not email, Text, Face book, Twitter etc).
For tourists, make sure you inform the person booking your appointment that you have time constraints regarding show times/reservations etc., so we can make sure we have enough time booked.

These tattoos are handled on a first come, first served basis when schedules permit. Be advised larger projects may require longer drawing times. Cosmetics are by appointment only.
We take Cash, Visa, and Master card only. WE DO NOT TAKE Discover or American Express.
For anyone visiting from another state or country you may Pay-pal us your deposit to guarantee your tattoo appointment.
If you have a party with 5 or more people please call us ahead of time and book the shop out for half/whole day so that we can make accommodations for everyone all at once.
Shop minimum is $80. This does NOT include Permanent Cosmetics
Hourly rates apply to tattoos that cannot be completed in a single session.
We cannot give any exact quotes through email or phone, only rough estimates... Tattoos completed in one sitting are priced by the piece.
ALL DEPOSITS FOR APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Any money deposited with Black Spade Tattoo including deposits for services provided by Black Spade Tattoo and/or its tattoo artists, are non-refundable at the time of deposit. Any deposits may be transferred or apportioned at the sole discretion of Black Spade Tattoo & Permanent Makeup. Appointments can be rescheduled or transferred with 48 hour notice. If you call within the 48 hour time period to cancel or reschedule, your deposit stays on file and is not refunded. Due to this fact all deposits are non-refund- able. Not showing up for your appointment 30 minutes or later results in loss of deposit and will require an additional deposit to re-book. Canceled appointments without 48 hour notice will result in loss of deposit. No appointments are booked without a deposit. If you do not understand the deposit policy do not book an appointment, you have the choice to walk-in for a tattoo. As always we value your business and thank you for considering Black Spade Tattoo.
