All deposits and payments for procedures are NONREFUNDABLE.


We accept CASH VISA or MASTER CARD. There is a 3-5% fee for all card transactions. We DO NOT accept Discover or American Express cards


Deposits are transferable one time only. If you need to reschedule more than once a new deposit will be required.


DO NOT bring children with you to your appointment or your appointment will be rescheduled.


If you are more than 30 minutes late to your initial appointment, your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.


If you no show or cancel/reschedule with less than 48 HOUR NOTICE you forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.


Your first touch up is offered at $20 within the first 60 DAYS from the initial appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any appointment made after the 60 days will be subject to a full charge. If you inquire about the touch up and we respond within the first 60 days.. and you don't get back to us within the 60 day time-frame to actually save the touch up full charges will apply.


Touch ups are done on Fridays ONLY and only scheduled once your brows are healed. Time frame in contacting us is NO SOONER than 4 weeks but NO LONGER than 6 weeks. Once healed and if a touch up is needed, EMAIL US at Blackspadetattoo@gmail.com to arrange that appointment.

A $20 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling and is transferable one time only.

(All touch ups are scheduled via email to avoid any miscommunication.)


No shows or cancellations/rescheduling less than 48 HOUR NOTICE to your touch up are subject to forfeiture of the discounted touch up rate and FULL CHARGES WILL APPLY.


Touch up days are packed solid and if you are more than 15 minutes late your touch up appointment will be rescheduled once with the transferable deposit. If late twice a

new deposit is required and full charges will apply.


Before leaving the studio at each appointment you will be asked more than one time if you are satisfied at the time, if any changes are requested it can be made then, or at your first touch up appointment. Any changes requested after the first touch up will be subject to full charges. Please make sure you speak up if needed because once you leave the studio you have agreed to the services you received. We are NOT responsible for mind changes, opinions of your peers, changing trends or second guessing decisions.


We reserve the right to refuse your service. To be able to concentrate and give you quality work, we do not tolerate negative vibes. This applies to your initial appointment as well as your touch up.
